teachers-trainingShaktiYoga teacher-training program provides one with experiences in the realms of physical, mental, spiritual. We will help you deepen your practice of asanas, bandha and kriya apart from daily practice of pranayama and meditation along with chanting so you can understand their strengthening and balancing properties. Yogic discipline, diet and cleansing rituals are taught during the yoga course, which will help to you becoming a good yoga teacher.

The teachers training programs comprises of the Prana sanchalana series (Getting the energy to flow in the body) and our basic courses, which educates the participant about the major anatomical parts of the body and developing a routine to make them flexible and strong. It teaches the participant about one mind, functioning of the mind, thought processes and various methods to calm the mind and emotions.

This is a journey of personal development that builds on the practitioner’s previous experience. It’s easier and comfortable to guide trainees in a Yoga course if they have previous experience about yoga. We advise our trainees to read Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Siva Samhita, anatomy books etc, and practice before attending the course with us.
